Can this fit into a cabin luggage and support my 5D3 with an wide angle set up for long bulb exposures?

I have one of these and it is an excellent tripod. It should fit into cabin luggage as it is 51cm long and most cabin luggage is a maximum of 56cm. It can support 4kg so it should cope with your camera set up especially if you hang a weight on the middle hook. It may struggle with a long heavy lens mounted on your camera. I have been very happy with mine although I do use a mirrorless set up. I hope this helps.

is this tripod compatible with an iphone 6s?

Yes but you must use cage or support for iphone 6S with.

Can the legs be disassembled for cleaning?

I don't think so - possibly the legs can be removed - but I'm not going to risk it - not mentioned in the user manual - can be cleaned fairly easy without taking it apart

Can the ball head be removed?

Yes it can, it just has a standard 2/3" thread on the legs so most heads can be fitted. Andy
