I've been training quite a bit more than usual lately and with the heat I'm sweating a lot. I was starting to feel a bit tired and light-headed when standing up and someone suggested I might be losing too many electrolytes. I did some reading about this and it seemed to be a good idea to at least give electrolyte-replenishment a go during the summer months. I thought about the drinks and tablets, but reading up on them the amount you actually gain back through these drinks isn't anywhere near the amount I'd need. So I decided to give these tablets a go (which has a higher-dose) and they seem to have relieved the symptoms I was having. I'm happy with them.They do have a very salty-taste, but you swallow them with water; so this isn't an issue. They are quite large, so keep this in mind if you struggle swallowing tablets. You could easily break them into two if you struggle.

Needed these for after my longer runs and exercise routines. They do the job and have had no issues with cramps or muscle recovery. Great product and value, I’d recommend my protein every time.

These are invaluable when it is hot like the recent heatwave - you would be amazed how much moisture you lose in a heatwave and these taken either whole or crushed into a drink replenish the lost electrolytes to guard against cramping and general dehydration as well as being a safeguard against heat stroke.If you're getting cramps in legs or other parts of your body these are great for that too!Peole are mistakenly under the impression that all you need to do is drink more water - yes that's important but you need to replenish your electrolytes too and if your drinking filtered water there won't be any salts in there - that's where these come in to fill the gap!

The issue with the recommended dosage here is that it neither takes into account height or weight. I find that taking two of these (max dose) helps for a few hours, but then heart palpitations return. I'm on Keto at the moment and as a result my electrolytes are disrupted and depleted from excretion of sodium in the kidneys as insulin levels decrease. I suspect that these electrolyte dosages are too low for many people and I would urge people to find a product with a larger maximum dose if they are doing a similar diet.Good luck, they might work for you, but they might not be enough.

I bought this for my keto diet and to avoid cramps and so far it’s working well 15 days using and not a single cramp.

I started keto about 6 weeks ago after about 4 days I was in serious trouble I felt weak and quite sick, I normally work out every day but just did not have the energy, a bit of research led me to electrolyte replacement, I ordered these and waited for what seemed like ages but it was only 24 hours when they arrived I took 3 went to bed and woke up feeling 100x better after about 3 days my energy levels returned to almost normal, I've used them ever since.

Vorweg: Ich befinde mich im Triathlon Training und da wird es trotz sehr disziplinierter Ernährung ab einem gewissen Punkt schwierig.Kritisch ist besonders die Wasseraufnahme unter Belastung bei langen Einheiten oder im Wettkampf. Denn einfach Wasser trinken führt zu einem Wasserbauch.Deshalb müssen Getränke isotonisch sein - also eine ähnliche Dichte und Zusammensetzung bieten wie unser Blut. Dann wird die Flüssigkeit nämlich schneller aufgenommen.Deshalb mischt man sich z.B. Fruchtschorlen und gibt eine Messerspitze Salz dazu. Anstatt Salz gebe ich nun auf 1,6l Flüssigkeit eine zerbröselte Tablette in die Trinkflaschen.Mit sehr gutem Erfolg - die Aufnahme klappt bestens (merkt man wenn man auf 160km Radtouren und bei 3L+ Flüssigkeitsaufnahme nicht pullern muss weil alles aufgenommen & austranspiriert wird).Zudem bäugt es Krämpfen vor. Klar - ein überlasreter Muskeln krampft auch bei guter hydrierung. Aber viele Krämpfe hängen bei mir auch mit dehydrierung zusammen (siehe oben…Wasserbauch aber zu geringe Flüssigkeitsaufnahme in die Blutbahnen).Meine Testeinheiten mit den Tabletten waren hier perfekt.

Die im Produkt vorhandenen Mengen sind meiner Meinung nach genau richtig ganz im Gegensatz zu manch anderen Supplements. Die Pillen sind schwer zu schlucken und ich habe allgemein Probleme Pillen zu schlucken. Daher zerbeiße ich sie einfach und trinke dazu ein glas Wasser. Sie schmecken Salzig und hinterlassen ein mineralisches Mundgefühl, ähnlich wie bei Magnesium nur schwächer. Aber an sich ist der Geschmack nicht schlimm, hauptsächlich salzig. Solides Produkt.

Ich bin Wiederholungskäufer und habe die Tabletten inzwischen glaube ich über die letzten Jahre 5 mal gekauft. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen tatsächlich auch nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Die Tabletten sind super nach dem Sport zu (Wieder-)Auffüllen des Electrolyte-Haushalt. Sie helfen aber auch super wenn man zu tief ins Glas geschaut hat um den Kater abzumildern.Die Tabletten sollten aber mit viel Wasser genommen werden, andernfalls haben sie bei mir ein wenig Sodbrennen verursacht.Was ich allerdings auch nicht cool finde, ist dass die Packung fast zur Hälfte leer ist, das ist unnötig viel Verpackung. (Dafür ein Stern Abzug)

ich hatte in letzter Zeit des Öfteren das zweifelhafte Vergnügen nachts mit einem Krampf im Fuß wach zu werden der sich dannauch tagelang eisern gehalten hat. Laufen wurde zur Qual und Schmerzmittel sind keine Lösung dachte ich mir.Also habe ich nach einer Alternative zu Ibuprofen und Co. gesucht und das Problem an der Wurzel angepackt.Ware kam super schnell. Ich dann gleich nach dem Abendessen zwei genommen und dann am nächsten Tag wieder zwei und der Krampf wurde schnell immer weniger bis er nach wenigen Tagen ganz weg war.Wenn ich regelmäßig 2 Stück nehme, bleibt der Krampf auch weg. Hatte jetzt ein paar Tage keine genommen und zack war er morgens wieder in abgeschwächter Form da. Mit den Elektrolyten aber kein Problem. Hatte ihn dann ziemlich fix wieder im Griff und weg.Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Ich habe das Produkt als Mittel gegen Kater bestellt. Ich hatte bereits gelesen, dass sie schwer zu schlucken sind, aber das muss ich hier nochmal hervorheben…Die sind ziemlich groß, sehr rau und lösen sich sofort in dem Mund auf. Es hilft mE schon gegen den Kater, aber es ist echt nicht ganz einfach einzunehmen. Mit einem kleinen Schutzfilm wär dieses Produkt echt super :(
