Great option for adults with ADHD to get stuff done without looking at an actual clock or phone. Very functional and worth the money!

We got this to help my daughter with staying on task with her assignments at school. It allows the teachers to use however best for the situations, and my daughter has shown improvement in getting her assignments completed.

This has taken my mornings from chaos to peace! This provides a way to support a child with adhd and protect your sanity from repeating the same thing 50 times as if we don't do the same things every morning lol. It has helped me reach an important parenting goal: stop yelling so much. I love the whiteboard as it can be personalized so easily. If I see that something needs to be added or prioritized, I can easily change it or leave the same message for however long we choose.

Excellent product to not only stop "Time Blindness", but also procrastination and wandering.

This is a really helpful tool for pomodoro style work and also visual reminders of my task at hand to keep the adhd at bay 😅 my one complaint is I kind of wish it had a handle so I could move it around without erasing things in the whiteboard. The little cup for markers on the back is brilliant though!

I bought this for myself. I recently stopped ADHD meds, because of the negative side effects. So I am now trying to manage my adhd with natural methods. This clock with board is very effective. One of my problems is that I know that I should be focusing on a task (main quest) but I end up doing lots of side quests instead 😆. This board won’t allow that. I divide the main quest by steps, and start the clock. I find 15 - 20 mins will help better than1 hr. With 1 hr it feels like you have time for side quests, or rest a bit, vs. with 15 - 20 mins you are on a race! We all know how much our adhd brain loves races, so it has been working great. I’m glad that I bought it with the whiteboard, it really works for accountability.

This is a helpful tool for time management. It helps me manage my time, write down everything I want to do, and it's small and portable enough to fit anywhere. It's also magnetic. The beeper isn't too loud and can be silenced in the back in needed. The back of the board is just like the front, so you can write there as well. I love the section in the back that lets you store your markers. Yes, this is pricey. It's very worth it if you have severe ADHD, time blindness, and need to try something new. I've let others (family, students, kids) use it too, and it's a nice little helpful thing for many uses. Not the worst impulse-buy!
