I really like this particular formulation of powdered magnesium and love the taste of it. Haven’t had any negative issues at all. Yes, the container is comically oversized, but the number of servings is there. Just be expecting that and you can even laugh a little when you open it - that’s what I do!

Are you an overly critical consumer who doesn't pay attention to details and then complain about something that isn't an issue? I'm glad the container isn't full of fillers in order to make it *seem* like you're getting more. 3.11 grams IS the serving size for the appropriate amount of magnesium. Product states 93.35 grams. That is what you get! 30 servings of 3.11 grams. With a scoop that *roughly* gives you 3 grams. No one is ripping you off! 93 grams is not that much of anything! Scroll through the reviews and lose hope in the lack of critical reasoning skills of modern humanity when customers post pictures of their "empty" containers and intelligence. :) Now, supplement wise, I really enjoy this magnesium. It delivers in terms of helping to balance my mood and reaction to stress, feels calming when I drink it, and has been a good addition in helping to regulate my sleep. NO, it does not relax you like a prescription or make you fall asleep like a prescription only sleeping pill. If you're expecting this, you've got other aspect of self-awareness to address.

I have used four containers thus far of this Neuro-Mag Magnesium powder after I read how Magnesium L-Threonate can get through the brain/blood barrier. After a week of using this product, I noticed that my short-term memory was clearer, sharper, and easy to access. Words I might have spent a few seconds looking for, popped up in my mind almost instantly. I don't notice a taste (I stir it in water with my collagen powder). Yes, the container looks empty when you open it, but you get the amount stated on the label. Others mentioned better sleep, but I was not having sleep problems. This helps me feel a little calmer, and smooth thinking. I will endeavor to use this the rest of my life. And I love this brand! I also take the Magnesium Four formula they offer as I am on a diuretic which depletes my magnesium levels.

Not what I was expecting for the price and it didn’t come with a scooper even though the instructions say use one scoop. I don’t believe this will last the 30 days because I have no way to measure it. I probably won’t buy again.

It’s a good product - but the jar is only 15-20% full, practically empty which makes it very very expensive per serving

If you’re wondering if this is worth it, let this review be your sign. Get it. Take it at bedtime consistently and I promise you’ll thank me. I religiously take this as part of my regimen and it has improved my ability to fall and STAY asleep. I also find that it helps me “wind down” the racing thoughts or rumination at bedtime. Magtein makes it clear that other magnesium supplements are weak by comparison. The only downside is this powder is very sweet. I mix it with about 4oz of water (because I don’t want to wake up to go potty in the middle of the night) and brush my teeth right after. It’s sweet but not unbearable.

Packaging is so incredibly excessive it's actually insulting. The contents doesn't even fill a quarter of the big container. Unless this product opens my mind to another dimension, it is absolutely not worth the money. Really disappointed.
