A touch expensive, but it looks and feels a bit special. I love it because this was a treat, and the up-market feel about reminds how I have been spoiled just a bit with this. On the practical side, it takes my laptop, papers, folder etc. very well. The suede feel inner is very luxurious. Also the front pockets are perfect for a paperback novel. The side pocket with the buckle over it is surprisingly more secure that I thought it would be. I keep a small hand sanitizer in there and it never escapes. Bag could perhaps do with a handle as well as a strap. For years I have used the black nylon type of bag. Very efficient but also very utilitarian, so I am enjoying having some style for a change.

As the other reviewers have said, overall this is a great bag - but the strap is far too short and, while it has adjustment for the shoulder pad, it does not have adjustment for the length. You can't put the shoulder strap over your head without the bag ending up sitting in your armpit. You can essentially only wear the strap over your shoulder (as opposed to over the head) where it frequently slips off. I actually went so far as to have a longer strap made by a leatherworker for this bag, and it has improved the wearability immensely. I also own Vetelli's classic dopp kit, and know they make good quality products. On that note, unfortunately, when I first took the bag out of the box, the interior zipper was already not working correctly, but I consider this to be a minor detail. Finally, developing a longer strap for this bag would make it 5 stars across the board.

This laptop bag is way better than I expected for the price - really well made – sturdy but still stylish. My laptop is totally protected by the internal padding and the layout means there is plenty of room for my phone, files, notebooks, pens and my lunch; as well as my purse, keys and make up so that I don’t also have to carry a handbag as well which is an absolute bonus. I can easily find everything I put in there and it’s so roomy I haven’t even filled it up yet. The external side pocket is buckled so you could put your phone in there if you wanted to. The brown/grey colours make it suitable for both men and women so my boyfriend is getting one too.

This is an excellent buy!! A wonderful bag for carrying my laptopI I bought it for my work. In the past smaller bags would aggravate me and a larger one would be too heavy. This is just perfect! . It takes my laptop PC charger. Notebook, documents folders and a few pens, also as my keys, Iphone and USB cables. It is an ideal size! Also, this bag has several pockets all of different sizes which suit my demands. The centre padded for my laptop and protected by zip behind the buckled flap. This bag comes with adjustable shoulder strap band and is made from beautiful plush leather and canvas. The interior is soft and plush too. Altogether a lovely product which I am very proud to take into meetings!

The bag looks good, plenty of space inside for laptop and accessories. However, the clasp for the strap broke - which other users have mentioned - suggesting this is a flaw across the bags. The inside of the flap that covers the bag seems like it should be stitched down as well, as that seems loose.

I bought the laptop bag for my husband and he loves it so much he now takes it every day to work. This bag is exactly what he was looking for in a quality messenger bag. It came in a nice reusable draw string bag and has a lovely vintage look. I asked him to take a picture of what he planned to pack for the following day and, as you can see, the bag is big enough to fit all these things without looking bulky at all: 15” MacBook Pro external hard drive MacBook charger MacBook cable over ear headphones wireless in ear headset calculator, note pad, sticky notes, pen and sharpie, full size wireless mouse, kindle, glass cleaner, glass cleaner microfiber towel, windbreaker, portable charger on external pocket (which can be accessed while wearing the bag to charge on the go) Fantastic purchase. Strap broke within a few weeks. Quality of the faux leather is terrible. No magnetic closure. Far too big as well. Overall, for the price, it's terrible. Bought a Samsonite laptop backpack for the same money. World apart in terms of quality, functionality and comfort.

The strap is fastened to the bag with a rotating hook mechanism. The pivot point of this mechanism, is held in place with a spring clip fastener. This is a very poor design and lets what is a very good bag down. My clip fastener lasted 4 days of very light use. If the bag was modified, it would be a great bag. But as it is made at present i would not recommend this to anyone, as the strap quality does not match the overall bag. And with out the strap you cannot use the bag. i have since returned the bag, and gained a full refund.
