Colgin Liquid Smoke Natural Mesquite 472 ml

Amazing product!!! I really underestimated it first of all but when it came and I put it in my cooking......BOOOOM!!! It was like an explosion of flavour! Be warned though.......3 drops (literally) was more than enough for a 6L slow cooker worth of chilli con carne! You could taste the smokyness through and through. Highly recommended and defo worth the price! It’s gonna last me years! Plus it’s slimming world friendly ;)

Used this product when making pulled pork or in a marinade for ribs - absolutely fantastic. A little goes a long way so remember you can always add more its a bit more difficult the other way around. Have tried several of the available flavours would recommend any and all of them.

Excellent product.Extremely short use by date left on the product...couple weeks instead of what should have at least a year...And excluded from returns policy so I can’t even send it straight back unopened for a better date or refund.I feel I’ve been conned

I have been buying this for years now now and it is well worth it if you can't have a barbecue you just marinate with this and it will taste a difference come straight off the barbecue

Wir haben uns diesen liquid Smoke einmal kommen lassen, wenn wir ein geräuchtertes Gericht aus dem Slow Cooker machen wollen. Also haben wir das einmal mit Pulled Pork (PP) ausprobiert.Das ging ganz hervorragend. Das Fleisch einfach wie gewohnt würzen und ein wenig liquid Smoke dazu. Man hat das Gefühl drausen mit dem Smoker gearbeitet zu haben. Alles Bestens.Die Flasche wird eine Weile reichen, der Smoke verbraucht sich sparsam.

This really enhances the flavor on chicken, steaks, pork and even soup. I use a Weber gas grill for speed and convenience. Adding liquid smoke gives the food a more char broiled taste. Word of caution, a little goes a long way. All you need is a few drops, don't apply it like BBQ sauce. The shelf life is over two years and it doesn't have to be refrigerated. This bottle will last a long time making it economical to use. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Sehr ergiebig. Runder rauchige Geschmack. Allerdings echt sparsam zu verwenden.Ein echter Allrounder. Und für vegetarische Gerichte eine super Sache.

If you don't have a smoker, and want the taste of smoke, this is the way to go.What I love:1. There are only a few ingredients and I can pronounce them all!2. It is easy to cook with and you get a nice smokey taste3. You won't use much at a time, so this bottle will last a long time.What I don't love:1. All of these bottles look the same in my cabinet. Don't pick this up instead of vanilla (yes, that is from experience).

Liquid smoke by Colgin is the best. I use this on all sorts of meats, and even in soups for flavor.
