What diameter is the main (silver) shaft on these?

Well according to my calipers the widest is 3mm the narrowest is 2mm I measured the flat heads but the shafts only come in those two sizes for all the screwdrivers in this set. Hope this helped

Are these alright for watches

Can these be used for iPhone 6?

No they cant . You need to order a seperate driver ( which amazon sell ) . Its the same style , make and shape . Just order wera five lobe 2073 to complete the set . It slots in the middle loop of the bag
