Product was as described (renewed) and in good condition! Packaging was a little beat up, but the steps are plastic and only had a couple of scuff marks where the box was damaged. The scuffs were very minor and didn’t affect the overall quality of the steps. Very pleased with the steps; the cats are still adjusting to using them, of course, they’re cats. Since the cats aren’t heavy (<20#) these were perfectly sized, and actually appear sturdy enough to handle a bit more weight. I’m sure small dogs would be fine on these. I have mine on carpet next to a sofa so no worries about sliding.

This is my second purchase of these types of stairs but only because the first set were old and started to collect a lot of dog hair on the non slip inserts that they come with. So I repurchased them because they are durable and completely made out of plastic which makes them so easily to clean and maintain. The only complaint is it’s hard to clean when you put the nonslip carpeted pieces on the stairs and my dogs do prefer the nonslip so when I left them off, they move a little slower up them. But regardless they are sturdy and made well, easy to clean, and they also fold if you need to store them.

Great product, folds away easily! Light weight! Looks nice and eye pleasing. Super soft cushions, However, steps are a little too small. I have a small dog, but these steps were the size of my husband's shoe (size 12) length and width. My poor dog didn't want to climb them. Nothing wrong with them, just couldn't fit with what I needed!

My pit is 50lbs and struggles to use this. It topples over on level floor unless I stabilize it for her, she does not feel comfortable at all using it. If I didn’t hold it she would fall right off the side once she shifts her weight. Would be great for very light dogs. I’m going to try zip tying to my bed frame like someone else suggested worked for their bigger pup! Other than that it was honestly better quality than I expected for the price.

Sturdy. Well built, easy to clean. My only complaint is the stairs pads come unstuck if left in a hot car for too long as they are strips of double tape holding them on. My dog used them to get into .you suv. Had no problems using them. I do have to step or block the bottom step to keep it from sliding as he goes up or down. But not a big deal v very happy with the steps. They do fold up and to unfold you just press the two lock buttons on the top..easy to use. Durable and saves my big little long dog back from jumping down or getting up. A game changer for us and him. He got every where now with us. He learned quick and feels secure using them. I even bought one for my roommates little dog to keep it's back safe too..Great value for the price. Be sure ck and go by weight limit and get the right size for you pet.

Good product and sturdy. I was worried that the steps would not be sturdy and would slip when the cats jump on them. Yes, my cats use everything as a launch pad. Easy to wipe down if the cats cover them with muddy paws.

We have really high beds and a small dog who loves to be with his hoomans. So we bought these stairs so he could get up and down on his own. We and he absolutely loves them. They are lightweight yet sturdy, the perfect height, and easily foldable to be put out of the way. With the carpet like steps he is sure footed going up or down. We had looked at other styles but these are budget friendly. Highly recommend if your pet is able to do stairs.
