Chi Exerciser Chi Vitalizer CY106A Chi-Machine Passive Exerciser

I've been considering buying a Chi Machine for years. The first Chi Machines (as far as I'm aware) were the Sun Ancon Chi Machines, which were very expensive and rarely come up second hand at a reasonable price. I learnt recently that the Ancon machines were sold on a layered scheme, so the mark up on them was split between differing layers of people in the scheme, which would explain why they were expensive in the first place. I bought this Chi Machine for Christmas and have been using it several times a week, sometimes several times a day. I don't walk as often and as far as I should for various reasons, so thought the machine would be a healthy stop gap in improving my circulatory fluids, oxygen, bowels, and yes, Chi! There are three programs on this machine, Stress Relief, Exercise, and Relaxation, and there is a dial on the control so that you can experiment with different speeds manually. The hand control does seem a little flimsy, but it functions well, lights up (so you could use the machine in the dark), and makes a beep each time you adjust the speed up or down, with a different tone for each. The seller also included a plastic swivel plate for free. I've found it seems to work best when the bottom of my spine is centered on the middle of the disc. The disc enhances the "shake". If your butt overhangs the disc too much it's probably going to reduce the effect, use the machine without it, or consider buying a bigger disc. With three programs, 5, 10, and 15 minute timer, variable speed, and the added disc, there's a lot of scope to spend time on the machine and experiment, which is what I would suggest anyone buying this does. You need to use it, experiment, and find out what works for you. It will be interesting to combine the Chi Machine with breathing exercises, Yogic, or Wim Hoff maybe? Or relaxation music, self hypnosis, even Astral Projection Techniques etc. Finally, it was delivered well packaged and quickly. I've had no problems with it so far, and hope it is still working perfectly ten years from now. It's my first Chi Machine and I like it!

This machine is brilliant, It's sorting out my restless leg syndrome, I'm sleeping better also my neck pain, I'm very pleased I bought it. I bought the machine with the padded ankle rests which I advise to do, without this I think it would be harsh Make sure you ask for the instructions in your own language, I was sent German and had to wait several days before I had them in English

I purchased the Chi exerciser Vitalizer because I used one before at a health clinic ( the smaller model )years ago . I experience stiff muscles after weights training and lack of stretching over a long period . This helps to loosen my joints and it help me a walk a lot better with less pain. Yes I will recommend this product , it's a feel good all over.

I think this is a great machine and can really feel a number of benefits from using it. I wish I'd bought one years ago when I first came across them.

Ich hatte vor über 20 Jahren die "originale" Chi Machine Sun Ancon. Und ich mochte sie nicht. Diese starre Frequenz von 140 finde ich nicht gut. Und mir tat nach ein paar Minuten immer alles weh. Diese hier, Chi-Vitalizer classic, ist völlig anders. Klasse, dass man die Frequenz stufenlos verstellen kann, je nach Bedürfnis und aktuellem Körpergefühl. Denn nicht jeder hat und braucht immer ein und dieselbe Frequenz! Sie lockert, sie energetisiert, sie beruhigt. Und sie wirkt oft auch therapeutisch bei Gelenkproblemen, egal ob in den Beinen oder in der Wirbelsäule oder den Schultern, sowie bei schmerzhaften Verspannungen. Herrlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Meine Katzen mögen sie übrigens auch, sie liegen sehr gerne bei oder auf mir, wenn ich mich schwingen lasse.

Llevo con ella ya para dos años y medio. Ni un fallo. Utilizada a diario sin descansar ni un solo día. Excelente para después de un duro día de trabajo, o tras un intenso entrenamiento. También se puede usar por mero placer, aportando bastante relajación general y mental. Totalmente recomendable.

Pour la détente corporelle et aussi pour la stimulation de l'énergie et du souffle vital (chi pour les Chinois). L'appareil fonctionne très bien et de façon silencieuse. Excellent achat.

Super, confortable, le seul problème, le mode d'emploi est en allemand et ils ne parlent pas d'une vitesse conseillées entre 80 et 160, Cela mériterait une brochure supplémentaire afin de conseiller les utilisateurs.
