The build quality of this machine is very poor - flimsy plastic everywhere
The build quality of this machine is very poor - flimsy plastic everywhere. The door, the control knobs, buttons, fascia - nothing feels like it's going to last very long. The machine is small and very space-saving with the vent at the rear which needs to be tubed away using the ventilation hose provided. The main problem with this machine is the re-design of the fluff filter which is a circular mesh all around the opening hole of the door. This means that any fluff created during the drying process catches on your clothes on their way out as you try to extricate them from the machine - hopeless! De-fluffing all my clean, dry clothes isn't something I happily timetabled into my day. Perhaps it was a blessing that Parcel Force dropped it when delivering, so it went back for a refund and was replaced with the Indesit IS41V 4kg version, which is far superior in every way.
