What is the difference between men's and women's insole? I am female but have broad feet and wonder if I should go for men's size?

I am female and also have broad feet. I got them to go into walking boots, and found they were the right width. However if you are unsure they would be very easy to cut to size.

Can they be worn in wellies?

Yes they can. Also depending on the shape of your feets and wellies , you may even trim around the outer edge of the Scholl insoles amd have a more exact fit. They can pretty much fot on most footwear. Got it for my mum.

Are these any good for supporting flat feet? I have to wear arch supports in my shoes and wondered if these are any good?

They are shaped but I don't have flat feet so I'm not sure how much support they give to thye arches. I think they are really only shaped to the foot.
