are these suitable for phonak in canal hearing aids

I have been using it for my phonak in-canal aids. the long "pipe cleaner" is thin compared with the size of the "balancing vent" but has helped remove any wax that found its way in.

Question 2

I get wax in the tubes will this remove the wax by inserting in to tubes ?

The kit (I have one) in the photo does contain a long wire type device for inserting into the tube and removing wax. That might work for you but its not definite. You can only try it and see if it works.  Your other option is to buy fresh tubes from Amazon , they are available from the hearing aid accessory shops online. The tubes are about 2 inches long. You usually need to cut the tube to size so use your existing blocked tube as a guide then trim the new tube with scissors. This is quite fiddly due to tiny size but in my case I managed it after a few minutes.

What tools are included and what is the purpose of each tool

I bought this for my Mother's digital hearing aids - i.e., piece that goes over the ear and mould in the ear.  I find this very useful for cleaning the moulds but of course don't use all the tools as it is obviously for use with various aids.  I am happy with it.

Question 4

There is no indication of the batteries required? What size should I get as the small ones I have do not works?

Clarification for you, batteries are not required to use the tool kit. The ref to battery replacement tool is the flat topped tool (on the left in the photo) which can be used to push the used battery out of your hearing aid.
