Good piece of kit with a decent depth to it. However, possibly too efficient as the mesh is very fine and as a result the kitchen sink backs up and i have to lean over it with a spoon gently agitating the debris to make the water go down faster.

Fits over the plughole in my kitchen sink, and traps any bits-and-pieces nicely. Nice, heavy, shiny metal. It's been in use for a month and it's still looking OK.

I like how the mesh part of the strainer is sunken so that it stays in the plug hole. Catches everything even small bits of fluff but that’s where it causes problems for me. It stops draining while I’m in the shower because it catches everything, even small bits of fluff and then it’s very difficult to clean the fluff out and so over time it stops working. I do recommend it but it works too well for me.

Great little product well made great price standard fit works a treat

The product is of high quality but it doesn't work well for my intended purpose: the mesh is too fine for a shower. It clogs very fast with soap residue and hair, and is also difficult to clean from the former. As a result, your shower turns into a pond very fast. I'd imagine it works quite well as a kitchen sink strainer. For showers, opt for plastic strains with a coarser strainer pattern.

Using it for bath hair catcher, does it purpose so happy with it

Finally found an effective drain strainer for my bath to avoid hair an debris clogging the drain. The mesh strainer is great as can be easily moulded to go over pop up mechanism of my plug and fit flush to the plug hole and is pretty inconspicuous It need to be cleared daily to make sure it drains perfectly: I am amaze how much fluff and hair were going down the drain previously. Also very good value. Very happy with my purchased
