I cannot make the cylinder part. They don’t slot together. The flaps are too big!

Try slotting one end in and then the other. or try trimming a tiny bit off with some small scissars. Honestly the cylinder is the hardest part, looks beautiful when finished. Better than the picture

Can you see a lot of the bulb if the shade is hanging from ceiling? Thinking of putting it in living room but sometimes baby plays there in the floor

I bought one for my daughter to use as a table lamp shade but it didn't work as it is, the circular inner fitting to hold the light fitting is too small. I think you could probably cut it with scissors as it is just thin plastic but my daughter never got around to it
