Arzum OK004-K Turkish Coffee Machine, Plastic, 480 W,0.3 liters, Black/Chrome

I received my first Azrum Okka machine very quickly from Amazon. Unfortunately, it was faulty but was immediately replaced by Amazon. It arrived today and it has already been used twice. My verdict: super-brilliant. It brews coffee perfectly and only takes 2.5 minutes to make two cups. It produces excellent 'cream' (froth) and pours easily from the 'briki' (pan) into the cups. It is easy to clean afterwards and performs exactly as the manufacturer intends. I have used my traditional briki for years and decided to treat myself to an electric version. Made in Turkey, this HAS to be a winner, and it is! Every Greek, Turk and Middle Eastern coffee aficionado will appreciate the Arzum Okka Minio OK004 Automatic Turkish/Greek Coffee Machine and I feel sure Europeans who love their coffee will find it simple to use with perfect results. I would like to add a tip of my own: I pre-heat my coffee cups by plunging them into very hot water then allowing them to drain. By the time the coffee is brewed, the cups have naturally dried and remain hot. Using heated cups ensures the coffee is kept piping hot and when cooled sufficiently to drink from, the coffee grounds will have settled to the bottom of the cup. Delicious. My second machine was delivered the day after I reported the first as faulty. The delivery driver was supposed to collect the faulty one at the same time but informed me he hadn't been instructed to do so. The faulty machine in its original packing with the Amazon return label is awaiting collection.

I LOVE turkish coffe......so this is PERFECT for me, boils QUICK and the coffee is HOT as I like. Would heartily recommend.

I purchased this product on 27.10.2021 and as of today 22.12.2021 is broke. It is completely gone there is only white light on top of it , that's it! They are selling defective products!. I will definitely request a refund or replacement! Extremely pure quailty !

This is a very nice coffee machine, it works as expected and it provides a good quality coffee in a very easy way. The only thing I am not sure is the price, it may be a bit on the expensive side for what it offers, but it may be justified as a maker of a non standard coffee for west Europe standards.

A fantastic coffee maker - that authentic Turkish coffee experience at the touch of a button. The machine is very slick and stylish, easy to clean, and prepares the beverage very rapidly. It's also ideal as I can easily make a single cup of coffee for myself, or up to four for guests, and there's no need to use a filter paper or dispose of a lot of grounds.

When I plug it in, it blows the fuse. I can't use it right now. I'll try again in a few days. My tea maker is okay, but this machine has caused problems.

Really easy to use and makes a good coffee within minutes.

SATISFIED! We love the coffees produced in this machine so much that we purchased a second one for the caravan. The only thing to be aware of is that the pressure required to start the process is quite firm - press down until it clicks.
