Small jars but the honey has very delicate delicious flavour.

My goodness me, I honestly don't know where to begin with my review for this very moreish honey!! The colour is a beguiling rich amber tone, whilst the consistency is perfect as it will drizzle, pour, or spoon perfectly. I am hugely impressed with the delicious flavour of this pine, thyme, and flowers honey, as it packs a lot of flavour layers into each serving and isn't overly sweet. This has to be my ultimate honey because it ticks all of the boxes regarding quality (it's exceptional) and the natural health benefits that can be found by adding this raw, natural honey into the daily diet. Pine and thyme have great health benefits too, as they are naturally anti bacterial/anti viral, and are good for the gut. Although it's not a cheap product, this Rhodes honey is so exceptional in comparison to more widely available supermarket honey that I think it easily justifies the cost. My words don't adequately justify this delicious honey, so, please try it for yourself, as I am sure you will adore it and the natural health benefits it bestows. Thank you, bees!! ☺

Lovely honey that is not overly sweet. I also have it on salad which was suggested, which I would never have thought to try, perfect for me as I cannot have any of the other salad dressings. Recommended.
