One put of the two of these I purchased was dead on arrival. The blue light doesn't illuminate so it would appear not to be working. I tried to initiate a replacement through Amazon but apparently this item isn't eligible for returns? For this reason I won't be buying these again. I'm pretty sure not offering a warranty on an electronic item violates some kind of EU law.

I bought these for my infant son's bedroom, but as soon as I turned them on he started to freak out and pointed at them saying "noise! noise!". Despite what it says on the packaging, the ultra-sound emitted by this device is indeed audible to young children. Probably pets too.

I took a gamble based on the positive reviews here and bought this product. I wasn't entirely convinced it would work, but my daughter and I were suffering terribly from allergies and I was willing to try anything for some relief. I'm aware there could be a placebo effect happening here, but I really don't think so. After a couple of weeks of use, I honestly feel better and so does my daughter. I was coughing so badly that I was giving myself really bad headaches and I was concerned I'd give myself a hernia. All of that has stopped now. No more streaming noses in the morning, no more itchy red eyes. I'm not completely cured, I still have some tightness in the chest, but I suspect that will go away in time. I'm going to buy two more to cover more rooms. They're a little expensive, but considering all the money previously spent on allergy medication and tissues for runny noses, I'll make my money back in no time.
