Peaceful sleep
I have used these in the past,but stopped. I came back to them as I was struggling with my sleep! It takes a few days for them to kick in but when they do I sleep peacefully

Works sometimes, need to have it ~2 hours before sleep time
My opinion is that it works if you have 1 pill approximately 2 hours before bed time along with your dinner. - I try and avoid excess caffeine (as much as possible), I usually have one solid cup of coffee in the morning and avoid more coffee's later in day. I have decaf, if I really want to have another cup. - Have a proper sleep routine and stick to it (example, my dinner time is 8pm and I try to go to bed by 10pm or max by 11pm on weekends, unless there is a one-off thing) - Make sure you check with your doctor, as its important not to self prescribe or self diagnose If I follow a good diet, nice routine cardio/exercises, avoiding excess caffeine or alcohol, naturally your body will get good rest at night. If you have this pill (when you absolutely need it), it makes it easier for body to get better sleep. I've not seen any side effects so far. As always, please check with your doctor before consuming any form of medication (even if its natural).

Sorry not worked for me
I’m afraid I did not notice any difference in my sleep, I still woke up after a few hours as usual. I do seem to have a deep seated problem with waking up. Nothing has worked so far.

Seems to work for me but less so for my mother. Still worth trying because it is non-addictive and cheaper than prescription sleep aids.
