Insanely impressed by the effectiveness of this product. I’ve tried several Adelaic acids before with minimal results (The Ordinary, Naturium), so I wasn’t expecting much. I like how the product goes on, and the next day, my skin feels softer and less irritated. The scent is neutral and although my sensitive skin did tingle a bit, I do think it helps with skin tone. The bottle isn’t huge, but I still think it’s a good value and holds its own compared to luxury brands. I enjoy the texture, the viscosity is on the higher side, so I would recommend letting it sit on your skin for a few minutes before moisturizing.

I have purchased and re-purchased this product several times. I'm 69 years old with mature, dry and sensitive skin. But I'm also a skinthuseast who follows the science and likes to try new things. Doing so has controlled my eczema to near-extinction. I wish I could say the same for rosacea, but by the end of the day, the flushing in my cheeks really comes out. I've tried the azelaic products from Naturium and an affordable prescription product from an Australian online chemist, but nothing works as well as this one from Inkey List. From the first application I felt relieve from the heat of rosacea. Plus the slightly green tint and other emollient ingredients mask the red and soothe the skin making this very comfortable and calming. I agree with other reviewers that the 1 ounce size is too small. Used morning and night as directed, I get almost one month out of these too-small tubes. Inkey List offers small products across the line to give the impression they are affordable. But if they sold the standard volumes of other companies, beginning with 1.7 ounces, suddenly it wouldn't be the cheapest anymore. Oh well. At $20 for a one-month supply, I'll keep purchasing because I really like it a lot.

i think it's the best azaleic acid on the market, i've tried all the other major brands and so far this one has always worked the best. when i cut this from my routine i regret it. it makes my complexion less red and dotted.

Too soon to tell if the product helps with pigmentation. But it helps with exfoliation. However, the bottle the product comes in is very annoying. I think it’s because there is too much empty space, the container is too structured, and the product is too thick. If I leave the bottle with the cap-side down (as one would do based on the picture) and then open it, the product keeps coming out, even if I flip it back over because the air is still pushing the product out and the product is too thick for the air to move to the top, like if the product was a fluid. So I have to leave the bottle on its side and shake it to get just the right amount out when I want to use it.

Great product but extremely drying. I use this in the morning and tretinoin at night. The reviews about the packaging are true and the twist cap at the bottom does get annoying at times, and the bottle seems to have a lot of air. Great product for use but make sure to use good moisturizer afterward.

Finally a product that has been working without causing breakouts/irritation. I have combination skin, large pores, and acne scars. Been trying tons of different products to help even my skin tone and fade scars, only to breakout and restart my progress. Heard great things about azelaic acid and how it significantly helps with these issues. Its lightweight, doesn't feel greasy or clogs my pores and it has controlled new acne from forming while healing my scars and evening my texture. Im so pleased :)

This stuff really works. The redness is completely gone from my nose.

This is a great product. Love the green color and the texture is light and spreads easily. I use am and pm along with tretinoin at night and my skin is not overly dry- emphasis on “my skin”. Works well and only a small amount is needed.
