I have unwrapped it and cannot open it. So I cannot get to the instructions. Any suggestions on how to open it to get the filter out and fill it?

The entire top comes off. Pull from the spout and handle side of the top. Its sturdy. You will get to where the filter goes in. Hoppe this helps.

I purchased this pitcher in November and now it seems to be leaking from the bottom handle connection. Has anyone else has a problem with this?
