This is awesome! I use it mainly to chop up peanuts for our birds. The old one was such a pain but luckily broke through over use. I've use OXO products for years and knew I was getting a quality product. It hasn't disappointed in the slightest, in fact, it's cut my chopping time in more than half. It's easy to use very stable and more than fit for purpose, so it can be used for chopping any vegetables I would imagine. Beware the blade when cleaning...it is very sharp! Cleaning is easy once you get the hang of it but there are instructions. I can't recommend this enough....thanks OXO for another quality product.

I love this manual chopper, the blade design chops up green peppers and onions into small pieces for cooking, small like we like, not big long pieces like using a knife might do. It's easy to take apart and rinse. I've used it so far by removing the bottom lid and setting the chopper over my veggies on a cutting board and lightly slap the black handle repeatedly to chop to my desired sizes. It's kinda fun to use to as I see the veggies being chopped into smaller manageable pieces. However, if you use this on frozen, stuck veggies they are harder to cut. I did not want to keep slapping because I don't want to break it so give your veggies a few minutes to thaw outside the freezer and chop away. this was well worth the money! Oxo makes really good kitchen products. It is small enough to stick up on a shelf out of the way. I do not have a lot of storage space so that works well for my kitchen set up. Caution: the blades are definitely sharp though so use with caution

I have really enjoyed how easy this tool is to use and how fast I can chop up veggies. Works really efficiently and holds up well to you abusing it. While this style of chopper is a little annoying to clean, this one does a good job of easily coming apart to clean it. In the end it’s less time chopping things and more time cooking.

I really like the way this food chopper works. It minces veggies very easily and you can control how much you want to dice the vegetables. Nice for making slaw and and condiments for burgers and such. I also use it to chop up my cat food and it makes it easier for the cats to eat the food in their bowls. they don't like pates very much but do like to lick their food. The chopped up food makes it easier for them without spoiling the taste by mashing the food up. Comes apart easily for cleanup but watch out for the cutting edge, very sharp. Since the cutter metal is very thin, I do question the need for the edge to be ground so sharp. Have nicked finger tips on occasion cleaning after use. Overall a nice product, well made and produces good results without the need to use a power source other than muscle power.

Such a great little chopper at a good price. High quality, makes chopping veges a breeze, saves time, feels sturdy, easy to clean.

Although using one of these goes against what I learned in culinary school, it is one of the handiest, fastest kitchen tools I own. I use it to chop/dice celery, onions, and pickles for potato and pasta salads. It works great for chopping up garlic and shallots as well. What I like best about OXO's chopper is that it breaks down into the basic parts for easy clean-up in the dishwasher. This latest model seems "sturdier" than the ones I've purchased in the past. Over the years, I've purchased several of these, and as I said, one of these will always be found in my kitchen.

Excellent product-cuts cooking time in half. I hate cutting/dicing onions/garlic/ginger/tomatoes up and this makes it SO fast and easy. Great design and great sharp anti-rust blades! Clean up is easy as well. Update: Had to knock my rating from a 5 star review to a 3 star one. I don't think I'll be repurchasing. The plastic the top was made out of developed small cracks in it after 4 to 5 times of chopping onions. You have to use this chopper with a light hand for it to not develop any cracks, which is not feasible for people who cook in bulk amounts/everyday/busy. If the top was not made out of plastic, but out of stainless steel, this wouldn't have happened. So I decided to return this and invest in a mini electric stainless steel chopper/food processor instead whose parts won't break after few uses. Otherwise, good concept.

Well designed food chopper that has a lock option and easily disassembles for cleaning. No more cutting fingers trying to wash a chopper that can't be disassembled.

Great device for chopping all sorts of vegetables. I hope they can do a slightly larger version .

Es muy fácil de usar y de limpiar. Poca todo tipo de verdura y el tamaño está perfecto.
