It actually does work. I’m been getting menopausal sulphate induced headaches, but these filters actually work to prevent that. But it is expensive for the kit and then for the filters. As they say they only work for one bottle, so no point rinsing or drying and reusing. It doesn’t work a second time, but good the first filter. Let’s hope the more of us use them the cheaper they will get.

Use with wine purifier and whilst expensive at £28 for ten! I have to say I cannot remember the last time I enjoyed a glass of wine without waking up the next day with a headache 😫 used these for first time and whilst only had one glass - no headache the following morning 🎉 Brilliant!

These work, it has to be said. No more muggy head after a bottle or 2 of red. Pricey mind you (hence no fifth star), so please get buying so the price comes down!

Red wine gives me sinus pain, a sore throat and a dry cough. Not something others appreciate during this time of covid. I have a particularly nice bottle of red origin wine which has is particularly affecting me. I looked at YouTube videos to see what reviews were available. This was reviewed. Five stars. But they said don't worry about buying the seriously expensive plastic delivery thing. Just buy the filters and use a funnel. They came today. I've used one. I put it in the funnel and poured the red wine out of the bottle into a Jug theiuhh the filter. It ran through it far too easily. So I poured it back through the filter into the bottle and back into the jug and back in the bottle ie through the filter 4 times. Wow what a difference. Nice and smooth. Also aerates it by doing this so would also make it smooth. Too soon to say whether I'll get sinus pain over the next day but tastes lovely. Recommended.

The headline says it all. I first paid £24 for a pack of 10 filters (not on Amazon). My last order on Amazon cost £29. Now they are £42. That is way too much in my view. The Ullo filter system does work although the initial purchase is costly. It has allowed my wife to drink wine of any colour without the migraine triggered previously by drinking red wine or rose. The recent price increase is simply not justified.

Well im shocked. Truly shocked. I haven't had a glass of wine for 11 years because the effects of sulfites and histamines are just not worth it. When i was younger and more tolerant, i loved a decent glass of red, so i just stopped drinking wine altogether. A friend bought me the device as a gift and i very nervously gave it a try. I even double filtered the wine, running it twice through the filter just to be sure. It worked and im amazed. Usually from the first glass i would get an immediate reaction. Red face, sore eyes, sneezing and the next day would be hell. Swollen face, hands, sore facial skin, blinding headache etc. This device made the wine very smooth in flavour and i site here this morning with no after effects at all. Ok a slight hangover thats just alcohol effects, but no reaction at all. Thank you Ullo, i can now enjoy a decent bottle of red. Marvelous!

Wow!! These filters are amazing! Hitting menopause and experiencing hayfever like reactions (sneezing, stuffy nose, itching) I feared I would have to stop enjoying wine. These filters are so worth the money to be able to enjoy a glass or 2 of wine. I was sceptical at first but glad I took the plunge and bought the purifier starter pack which came with 3 filters. Have just purchased a box of filters.

So, I'm a skeptic and have to question everything, so with testing many times--these folders absolutely DO work! This is a game changer for the red wine lover who happens also to be sensitive to sulfites! There is no doubt that it adds to the total cost of your wine--pricey-- and takes time to use, but with patience, it's worth the favorable outcome--no headache, grogginess after enjoying your wine! Sure makes sipping the reds more pleasurable and with confidence there's no sulfite hangover!! I'm sold on these filters. Thanks, Ullo!

Evidement ce n'est pas donné, mais le prix est vite oublié face aux migraines déclenchées, sans aucun doute possible, par les vins à teneur en sulfite. J'ai mis la pastille dans un simple entonnoir a plat .. comptez 4 mm ensuite pour filtrer lentement le vin. Efficace pour moi, rosé ou blanc ! je recommande

The Ullo filters are great. They get rid of all the sediment and sulphites. They are pricey but well worth it. When ordering from Amazon, the filters came much quicker than ordering directly from the Ullo site. Also I did not get hit with a $30.00 customs bill like I did when I ordered from Ullo directly.
