I’ve never received a question from Amazon but if it looks like this I didn’t lie this is one of the few things that worked out for me.

Since the large part has zero pans how do you get the pens in there

What exactly are you talking about? Pans and pens? This is a replacement power switch which you pop out of the drivers side door panel, disconnect the leads from the old and slip back on to the new switch. My change time was less than 4 minutes. Not too sure we are talking about the same item. This worked great for me on my 2008 Town & Country van.
