How long will it keep

If you mean before its opened just be guided by use by date. After opening my little dog has 100gms per day so 5 days I haven't had any go off in that time I keep it in fridge and it's fine.

Will this be good for a diabetic westie?

I no longer use Forthglade as it not the quality it used to be, I now use Harringtons, as long as you feed the appropriate amount it should be fine, perhaps speak to your vet first.

Why am I being charged postage & packing for free delivery over £20?

You have to take the postage off yourself before you pay for it. I have been caught out like that a few times. Give them a ring they are usually very good about it if you explain that you thought the postage came off automatically, they usually give you a credit to spend the next time. When you are checking out go down the page and were you see the price for the postage hit the link and were you see free postage hit that and it will come up continue, the rest I'm sure you know what to do.

A number of times now I have received a box where one of the packets of dog food has leaked. Are you doing something about this?

I have been buying Forthglade for 5 years for my two dogs and never had this problem - I would complain to company direct if I were you.

Excellent food my dogs love!

My dogs love this food! The quality appears very good, as do the ingredients. They love the smell & it’s not an off putting odour for me. Great size for 3 dogs as they have one tray between them for breakfast & the same for tea. Bowls are clean every time! Coats are good & they are happy & healthy on it.

Good quality but not too expensive

Bought this for my dog as she is not a big eater and on the skinny side so I wanted her to have a good quality food. She started of liking it, I mix it with dry food but she has now gone off it. My cat however loves it! It's a pate texture so I mash it with a fork and it doesn't smell awful in the fridge. A good product and I wish my dog wasn't so fussy!
