is this avalable with no stretch strap?

We don't have no stretch strap. We intent to make the strap be stretch. The strap is made by special stretch material which is more solid than regular belt.

Can you cut the end to adjust the length? Or will the cut end fray and/or unravel?

I Have not cut the end, but you certainly can. The belt is extremely durable, so there could be some fraying over time.

I lost the elastic loop...how can I get another one?

Do they run small because I am a 48

They are adjustable. The best belt I have ordered. I went through three other types before finding this belt.
