Awesome paste for CPU
This is really good thermal paste. I'm running it with an Intel Core i-7 Ultra and it worked wonders. Thermals are down and stay down. Easy to apply and the paste dispenser is re-usable (as long as you still paste in it). This should last you for quite a few applications, unless you are using wayyyyy to much paste. Easy to clean off of CPU if you are using an alcohol pad that's made to clean CPU's. Would recommend.

Affordable and reliable
Was in a pinch when my AIO cooler burnt out so, got a diff heatsink. Always liked ARCTIC so went with that, Cleaned my processor with 91% iso alcohol and let it dry. Applied a little artic to it and it’s pretty good stuff! Spreads nicely. Works well. Temps are great!

Solid thermal paste
Used it for a couple of my PC repairs and it works well. This termal paste keeps the CPU cooler then the last one I used. Wish I had a spreader though, but it's cool. I got my money's worth out of this tube and I will by again.

It's good.
Good stuff. Used for repasting my PS4 and, if I'm not mistaken, for my new CPU cooler as well. It's thermal paste, so it's hard to mess up, but I like it for the price point. CPU never gets above 60 degrees on a slightly undervolted 5700x3d and Spirit Assassin air cooler. PS4 no longer sounds like a jet engine all the time, though it can still get kinda loud. That's probably user error though, as I wasn't able to completely clean the cooler.

Excellent Long-Lasting Thermal Paste – Great Alternative to Noctua
I used the ARCTIC MX-6 (4g) with a Ryzen 9 7900X3D and a Corsair H150i AIO cooler, paired with a Thermal Grizzly AM5 Contact Frame. The application was super easy — smooth consistency, spreads well with even pressure, and no mess. After applying it, I ran OCCT stress tests and saw stable temperatures around 67°C under full CPU load, down from ~73°C with the stock paste. That’s a real-world improvement of 5–6°C, which is impressive considering how thermally demanding the AM5 platform can be. What I also love is that it’s non-conductive, safe, and rated for long-term durability (up to 8 years) — so it’s set-and-forget for high-performance systems. If you’re looking for a premium thermal paste without the premium price of Kryonaut or NT-H2, MX-6 delivers excellent performance, great spread, and long-lasting results. I’ll definitely be using it again.

Great temps and not as messy as MX-4
I've been mostly using MX-4 and EK paste for a the past few years. Wanted to give MX-6 a try on my 7800x3d. No major temp issues but was curious. Really good stuff! MX-6 is not nearly as stringy as EK or even MX-4. Its not overly thick and goes on without a mess. Temps down by 2c across the board. Nothing groundbreaking but any drop is a win. Full custom loop in a mini itx case. The GPU has EK paste but I may apply MX-6 my next teardown.

It's Grrreat!!!
Great thermal paste, it isn't much but it dropped my idle temps 2 degrees from paste I used that came with one of my parts that I had lying around. It looked thicker too, so I have a feeling its longevity will be better.

I was initially skeptical about replacing my trusty old thermal paste, but the Arctic MX-6 has completely won me over. This thermal paste is a revelation! Performance: * Exceptional Cooling: The MX-6 delivers outstanding cooling performance, significantly reducing CPU temperatures, even under heavy load. My system runs cooler and quieter than ever before. * Long-lasting: The paste's formula ensures long-lasting performance, eliminating the need for frequent reapplications. Ease of Use: * Smooth Application: The paste spreads evenly and easily, making the application process a breeze. No more messy cleanups or uneven spreads. * Non-Conductive: The non-conductive nature of the paste provides peace of mind, protecting your components from potential damage. Value for Money: * Affordable Excellence: The MX-6 offers incredible value for money. It's a budget-friendly option that rivals high-end thermal pastes in terms of performance. Overall: If you're looking to upgrade your thermal solution, the Arctic MX-6 is an excellent choice. It's a reliable, high-performance thermal paste that will keep your system running cool and stable for years to come. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch thermal solution without breaking the bank.

Works great, more then enough to cover cpu. It's very viscous, so you have to spread it out by putting the cooler on. Thermal performance is amazing.

Initial Impressions: The Arctic MX-6 arrives in simple, no-frills packaging with a protective cap and an applicator included. The syringe design makes application straightforward, and the paste itself has a smooth consistency—thicker than some cheaper pastes but still easy to spread. Build Quality & Design: Arctic has a strong reputation for thermal compounds, and the MX-6 feels like a refinement of their earlier MX-4 and MX-5 formulas. The paste doesn’t separate or run, and it has a dense texture that stays where you put it. The syringe is sturdy and precise, allowing for controlled application without waste. Ease of Use & Performance: Application was simple—just a pea-sized dot on a CPU before installing the cooler. The paste spread evenly under pressure, with no air bubbles or excess mess. In testing, CPU temps dropped a few degrees compared to my older MX-4 paste, and load stability was excellent. The performance gain isn’t dramatic if you already use a high-quality thermal paste, but it’s noticeably better than stock compounds or budget pastes. Arctic claims long-term durability, which is consistent with their past products that often last 5+ years without drying out. Value & Comparisons: MX-6 is a little pricier than older versions, but the performance, stability, and ease of use justify the cost. It doesn’t have the highest thermal conductivity on the market compared to exotic liquid metal compounds, but it’s much safer (non-conductive, non-corrosive) and more user-friendly. For everyday builders and gamers, it strikes an excellent balance. Pros: • Smooth, easy-to-apply consistency • Non-conductive and non-corrosive • Noticeable improvement over stock/budget pastes • Long lifespan without drying out • Safer than liquid metal options Cons: • Slightly more expensive than MX-4/MX-5 • Gains are modest if upgrading from a good paste • Not as extreme as liquid metal compounds Verdict: The Arctic MX-6 is a dependable, user-friendly thermal paste that offers a solid balance of cooling performance, safety, and longevity. It won’t replace liquid metal for extreme overclockers, but for most PC builders and gamers, it’s one of the best all-around options on the market today.
