I notice this is a 64-bit set, will these work on 32-bit hardware?

What's the differences between the new model and the other one which is £20 more expensive?

The quality of the metal. Cheap sets bend like they are made from chewing gum. This will last a lifetime.

Are the bits magnetic (to hold a screw in place)?

The bit holder is magnetised and therefore each bit acts like a magnet when installed in the holder. The screw is therefore held in place by the bit/holder.
