I purchased this computer after my laptop died a few months ago. It’s a great little upper mid grade starter PC but keep in perspective that it is an office grade PC repurposed for gaming use. The graphics card in it is a bit outdated, but the space provided in the case makes switching it out simple. The build itself on the inside is so well organized! Also, the storage gets a little crowded if you’re downloading games but they leave you a port to easily plug in extended storage, which was nice of them to do for us so we don’t have to worry with creating a space or messing around with wires. The peripherals that came with the computer are also fine. The monitor is decent in quality. Plenty big enough for a smaller desk setup. The keyboard and mouse I did not use because I had better quality ones already but I passed them down to my teenager and they’re really not bad. The headphones that came with it really left something to be desired though. I am not a large framed woman, I regularly use children’s headsets without trouble and this one was not comfortable for me. If you’re a larger person definitely purchase a separate headset for your own comfort. The WiFi dongle was included and pre-installed. The RGB panel is an add on, but it is pretty and I like that I can choose to not have it on at all. I use this computer every day for extended periods of time and not once have I ever had an issue with it until last week when the power supply stopped working (even though it was always plugged into a surge protector with grounding so it wasn’t a user issue). In my personal opinion the 60W power supply is immensely under rated for this unit so that may be something you want to know. It’s a bit disappointing because it wouldn’t have added much to the price to use a higher rated power supply that suited better for everything this unit has going on but again, I try to keep in perspective that this is a repurposed unit. I emailed the company on the service sticker and they got back to me within minutes and had me trouble shoot it myself first. They sent me very detailed instructions, which I really appreciated. When those didn’t work they did not hesitate to honor the warranty. It was such a smooth process and only took a week total to get me a new unit sent out. You’re really getting bang for your buck with this computer, even if it isn’t the best one around it is probably the best one at this particular price point. Also, you can’t put a price tag on their customer service because that alone was such a pleasant surprise.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I bought this "gaming computer" for my son a year ago and it has had a lot of problems. So I finally reached out to a trusted computer repair guy to see if we could "upgrade some things" so his games like roblox and minecraft can run smoother. I just got off the phone with him and let me tell you about the SCAM you're about to purchase. First, this computer is labeled a gaming computer but its not. It's a business computer that is almost 10 years old and runs an ILLIGITMATE copy of WINDOWS 10 and the computer is unable to handle a WINDOWS 11 upgrade like this company says it is already. So no we are paying $200 to reinstall a new and clean version of windows 10 so it can run properly. Second, The gaming card that was inserted is very outdated but because its not a gaming computer, it cant fit any upgraded versions of a game card in it, so he is going to have to tolerate the low level gaming card. If you want a CHEAP computer that has low functionality, this computer is for you. However, just about everything this computer is advertised as, is a lie. That is coming from a professional computer repair/programmer. So for now we will use the updated windows 10 and hope things run a little better, but now I need to buy him a new computer this year. WASTED money. Dont waste your time!

I bought this for my boyfriend and it came packaged very neatly and in a timely manor. The set up was very easy he loves it he uses it almost everyday to play sims and beamng. It turns on fast and runs very nice he hasn’t had any problem with it Update after a year, the motherboard completely took a crap he got about a year use of it but then again I think he downloaded a lot of games he liked and with it being such a small and beginner pc it overloaded it. You can replace the motherboard if you absolutely wanted too. Unfortunately we are not going that but it would probably be a very great first time pc for a teenager

I bought two of these for my 11 & 13 yr old boys and I really don't have any complaints! The 11 yr old mostly wanted to be able to play Fortnite and Roblox and it's been perfect. The 13 yr old wanted to use steam and his Xbox app and that's been perfect. I really only have two complaints, well maybe three. The mouse on one of the PCs suddenly stopped working and we've only had the computers since the first of May. Fortunately,.we have been able to use one of the many wireless mouse(s?) that we have, it just doesn't light up like the original one. Both computers are missing a Bluetooth connection. The description of the computer says it comes enabled with Bluetooth but no matter what I have tried it won't connect so I had to order a separate Bluetooth enabler for each of them and am waiting for them to be delivered. Finally, there are no speakers. I knew this when I bought the computers but I figured the kids would just use their wireless headphones and it would be okay. They have been using the wireless headphones for the most part but sometimes they just want speakers so once the Bluetooth enabler arrives they should be able to connect their Bluetooth speakers and that problem will be solved. Overall it is a great purchase, all of the accessories and everything lights up which my boys LOVE! and they can play all of the gaming things they want to play so I have two very happy boys which makes me a very happy Momma. Actually my 15 &17 yr old boys have expressed that it's not fair for their younger brothers to get PCs when they don't have one so I may be purchasing two more in the near future!!!

Had no issues setting up. Everything except the tower and I think the monitor came in their original, unopened box. So the keyboard, mouse and headphones are definately new. The tower has no visible damage and makes no noises or anything to suggest internal damage. Has not gotten anymore then warm though I haven't fully ran any games on it yet. Was bought more for running the slicer program for my 3d printer and to dabble in 3d design but have linked steam and downloaded sims4. Haven't tried anything more drastic yet but will update if we do. Sims4 ran perfect with no glitching or buffering. Downloaded quick even with other programs for school and the printer running while it was downloading. Monitor is nice and decent quality. Uses a hdmi cord to connect to tower but comes with VGA cable as well. Tower has port for both. Mouse isn't wireless but is smooth and fits hand nice. Keyboard is also not wireless but keys work smoothly and lights are vibrant. Headphones light up and work well. Also not wireless. The remote only changes the lights on the tower but thats OK. If left on auto, lights will do different things depending on what you are doing which is fun. Have not had any issues with the graphics card or the wireless card. Graphics card was already installed and drivers already loaded. Drivers updated automatically once connected to the internet. Wireless card works seamlessly and has not presented ant problems. I haven't opened the tower but based on performance I see no reason to suspect anything and the exterior and power supply are dust and dirt free so I assume the interior has been properly cleaned as well. I put the tower on a stand due to being carpet in room but tower sits fine by itself. There is also a spot in the case for a disk drive if you wanted to install one. Mine has two usb ports up front and I think like 4 in the back. There is also an aux jack on the front. I think thats everything! So far very happy with it!

It is a solid gaming computer and works well.

We bought this computer for my son. It arrived the week before his birthday and in order to surprise him for his birthday we waited until the night before his birthday while he was gone to set it up (mistake #1) we got it set up and plugged in and all it did was beep with a black screen every 5 seconds. There was nothing I could do to fix it. After trying everything I could think of and being on the verge of tears because we did not have a back up plan for the birthday surprise, our super computer smart friend took the computer and looked at it. Come to find out, someone wired something in the computer backwards! FANTASTIC! He got the computer working and the birthday surprise was a success, flash forward a couple days, problem #2 this computer is HOT. It runs HOT. Flash forward to today, my son comes in and tells me something is wrong with his computer. I go into his room and what do I see but this damn screen saying there's no hard drive. Seriously, save yourself the headache. Don't buy one of these with the shotty refurbishing work and everything. I am so disappointed in the amount of money I spent on this just to have it fail.

I got this computer 3/4/24. Shipping was quick got here in two days. Everything came in a big box then every piece was in the original box or a regular box. The tower was wrapped in plastic. The monitor was in a box. Everything was easy to put together and got it up and running in no time. Upon turning it on the Tower cut on then back off and few times before running. The Bluetooth headphones is a joke. For 1 the computer don't have Bluetooth I had to buy a Bluetooth adapter for it. But still the headphone didn't work. The keyboard and mouse did work just fine. It does have a error message about windows 11 said the computer isn't compatible with that. Which for me I didn't care. As of right now it does what it needs to do and works just fine. You will need to buy speakers for this PC. And Bluetooth adapter.
