I have got naturally wavy hair & didn’t find this created a good finish , I prefer the Moroccan oil.

Is it better to apply it to damp or dry hair?

Hair types can differ, I find for mine that applying the Moroccan oil cream to damp hair is the most effective especially if wanting to style it straight afterwards

Should you apply this to the scalp or all over the hair?

Over the dry ends of the hair. If you apply it all over you will find your hair becomes very greasy quickly.
