Great for large legs!
I bought these (size L) after trying a different brand which wouldn't fasten around my 18" calves. These stay fastened and are very comfortable.

These are great. I'm 5'11" and 165 lbs
These are great. I'm 5'11" and 165 lbs. (with skinny legs) and the Large fits perfectly with room for adjustment for people with normal size legs. The three straps around the back of the leg work very well in keeping the guards from slipping from side to side when sparring. Also, I experience no reduction in mobility at the knee and ankle as I have with other shin guards.
