I misunderstood - I thought that this was the actual book. Instead it was Study Notes about it. It Could have been explained more explicitly.

Great read and asset to the book

I purchased this for my granddaughter who was studying this book in grade 9 English. She found it to be a very useful tool that helped her learn how to interpret the concepts in the novel. She completed this course with a 90+% average.

Spark Notes--A must for high school english (at least in my home). My son is assigned several books to read this year and this is one of them. I have read this actual book, but it was a long time ago. I read the Spark Notes and use them to make sure that my son is reading the book and that he comprehends it on the appropriate level. They allow me to discuss required readings with my son. I could read the actual book again, but I have already done my time way back in my high school and college days, and now it is his turn.
