Perhaps I have been missing the point where using it will stop a headache taking hold or perhaps they are just resistant. However, I do feel that usage helps de-stress me. I have extremely sensitive skin and chemical intolerances but have had no adverse reactions to this. Have bought one for a friend too.

I purchased this after years of daily headaches. I had tried every tablet I could from my GP, seen a neurologist, some made me groggy, some did not work and others I got use to them. I only took the required dose but hated the fact I was on medication. I decided to try something more herbal and loved the reviews on this this product. I was sceptical I will be honest, anyway it arrived and certainly well packaged and fits through the letterbox! Bonus for when you are out. My job is quite demanding at times, computer work and long shift work doesn’t help, said little bottle came to work with me! As soon as I had the “feeling” I was going to get one of my headaches I popped it on my pulse points on my wrist and my temples and forgot about it. No headache! Now I still wasn’t convinced until 4 days in and more or less headache free and only take my medication in the morning is a huge difference (I have Arthritis) to my lifestyle. I have even got work colleagues buying it as they have had a little try of mine and love it. If I feel my headache isn’t going to go I will waft it under my nose and it’s gone, no headache! I am sleeping better as I will fall asleep smelling my wrist so no headache and no waking at 3am with a bad head (this has been regular for years). This product may not be for everyone I appreciate that but for £3.75 it has completely changed my life!

I find this product ok but i literally can only smell peppermint its not horrible just reminds me of a packet of polos. I prefer when their is a good mix of relaxing essential oils when using on the skin. The scent fades pretty quickly as well once applied which is a shame. For the money i think they are not too bad and I will definitely try a different fragrance.

Really impressed with this. I suffer from really bad headaches and migraines and this made a big difference. I put it on my temple’s, behind my ears and on my wrists and it has really kept them at bay. Smells lovely too. Super fast delivery, came the next day.

Nice little staple for me. Scent doesn’t last long but it does the job while it lasts. I tend to get in the zone when I apply which helps. Lovely calming scent!

I am young and have been suffering from bad migraines and head aches for about a year now. The doctors have sent me for scans and tried me on different medication but nothing has worked and they can source the head aches. I decided to buy this last week along with the defuser and the peppermint and lavender oil and knock on wood but I have not had a head ache in 6 days (which is a miracle). I roll this onto my wrists and behind my ears and temples and the smell is very relaxing and doesn't overpower.
