2m x whatever quantity you order. If you order 6 for example you will get one piece that is 2m x 6m.

How have people stuck this down? Any adhesive product recommendations?

Cut the carpet to size first. Spray the bodywork with adhesive spray( make sure bodywork is clean) mould the carpet. Use smaller cuts of carpet if possible because it's easier to work with. If that's not possible have help because the glue sets quickly. I watched a couple of helpful YouTube videos first, it really helped. I bought the spray glue in the range. I hope this helps.

How many rolls will i need to do roof and both sides on a SWB vito ?

You will need one roll if you order the right size roll! If you order a quantity of 8 you will get a roll 8 metres long and 2 metres wide. Measure the length and width of all panels you are covering in the van and order that quantity.
