Cheap and cheerful
There's so much trendy discussion these days about NAD+/NADH and those supplements are quite expensive, but good old fashioned niacin can help with all the same things. Especially proper flushing niacin (nicotinic acid). People can be scared of flushing niacin (especially when they take a large dose right from the start) but there is no need to be. These small dose tablets (start with one) allow you to ramp up your niacin dose if required so that you get a very mild flush, if any. The body gets used to it and stops flushing, and nicotinic is the best form of niacin, imo, as slow release forms can be harder on the liver. I am happy this low dose nicotinic acid is readily available, and I am on my second pouch.

Significant help for migraines in handy unobtrusive packaging
Similar to a previous reviewer, I suffer from optical migraines, which present with zig-zag lines and pressure behind one eye, and usually end up with entire areas disappearing from my vision and a constant thumping pain behind the eyes which can persevere for hours, and have a hangover of several days. I take sumitriptan when I feel a migraine coming on and this usually stops the migraine starting. Before I started taking Vitamin B2 I would have a 1-3 day migraine at least once a month (usually timed with ovulation), which was controlled by sumitriptan 75% of the time. Since taking B2 every day (since March 2018 I have not had a single migraine, and one twinge that started a few weeks after I started taking them was put down by sumitriptan. I still occasionally get the pressure behind my eyes - and can now control that with ibuprofen. Oxford Vitality's B2 is cheaper and stronger than other brands, and the paper packaging can be unobtrusively stored in my desk drawer. Whilst the directions say to take one per day, I sometimes up the dosage to two if I'm around that time of the month or if I've had eye pressure. B2 is a miracle. It also gives you yellow wee.

'Wee'ly yellow!
These little pills are extremely easy to swallow - this was a major factor in my choice - so I was very pleased (and relieved) to see the size on opening the packet. Talking of opening the packet, I can fully appreciate the 'green' aspect of the manufacturer's choice of packaging (including the thoughtful choice regarding ease of delivery through a letterbox) but I have to say that I did find it a little difficult to open the plastic strip...someone with problems with their fine motor skills or with visual problems would probably find it impossible. I have only been taking the pills for three days so it's a little early to say if they're doing me any good (someone recommended I try Vitamin B2 to help with my tinnitus, but there's no change there yet) but it's certainly brightened the colour of my wee (as warned!)

Improving Energy and Memory
Good value for money supplement. Quickly dispatched and arrived in good condition. I have noticed an improvement in my energy levels and in my memory and hope these will continue to improve as the level of B12 in my blood goes up. I take the B12 tablets in conjunction with other B vitamins for the best outcome. I think I prefer sublingual B12, but these tablets are small and very easy to swallow.I would buy from Oxford Vitality again.

Excellent! - update 2023: unsure
Great service, great price. VERY high level of each vitamin in this product. I used to buy a supplement over from USA for ยฃ80 per month. This supplement I thought was worth a try as it had even higher levels than what I'm used to and the fact that you get so many more tablets for such an amazing price made it definitely worth taking a punt on. I am very happy with this product and simply take 1 each morning. I have suffered with chronic back pain for over 10 years and now I can finally say I have found a product that works for me. I will definitely buy again! ------------------ Update 2023: I have noticed in reordering this month after years of purchasing this product, they have changed the amounts of each ingredient quite considerably which is a great shame, it is still however the best overall and majority of the B vitamins all in one pill. No other product can I find to replace or come close to this, but it makes me dubious if it will continue to be as effective in managing my back pain going forwards.

For migraine (as per "NICE")
As a pharmacist, I read the NICE guidelines, and I also suffer from migraines. Not the full blown syndrome all the time, but quite often prodrome to headache. Managed diet, tried all the usual meds - watched the triggers. Did everything recommended. Nope - still there. So I thought I'd try an experiment on myself for the recommended "trial" from NICE - to use riboflavine (B2) 400mg daily. Been on it now for 8 months and I have had one migraine in the last 5. Had a few zig-zag lines starting that the triptan kept in check, but overall has worked for me. The reduction is remarkable - I was struggling to avoid 1-2 a week at the "light-show" stage, now it is rare for me to see the signs of one starting. This isn't scientific, and I make no claims! However it is (as I said!) in the NICE guidelines, so someone has looked quite hard at the evidence.

Worth trying for migraine
Taking these for very severe chronic migraine (15days per month) . It's not been very long yet as the recommendation is to take for three months and it's been about three weeks. I feel as though they might be helping the frequency of attacks a bit. This week I had an attack on Sunday and then not until Friday which is better than usual. They are good value and I'm going to reorder them.
