How much water does this treat?

A huge amount. 5ml treats 190 L of aquarium water. Each bottle holds 118ml. I make that 23 treatments for a 190 L aquarium!

How much can put this in 6.8l aquarium?

Not sure but the instructions are on the bottle. Mine is 180L so it's 5ml for every 38L. So for you, 0.8ml or 1ml.

Is this product suitable for saltwater?

No it is not suitable for saltwater aquariums. It will raise certain elements and cause a white bloom/haze. You could try baking soda ( bicarbonate of soda ( 1 teaspoon per 20 gallons of water but introduce it very slowly) hope this helps.
