This says it has 4 axis, i can only count 3 x y and twist whats the 4th

The thrust axis is the 4. Axis that can be freely configured ( the little lever in the middle of the base)

Does this item come with warranty?

It does come with a manufacturers warranty however I never actually used this myself.. having bought through amazon. I had the first 16000FM replaced by Amazon.. when the second 16000FM developed the same fault I returned for a full refund.
