definitely, i have athritis in my arms, shoulders and find it hard to brush my naturally knoted hair. it worked perfectly so yes i would recommend it.

Does this have to be sprayed onto wet hair or can it be sprayed on dry hair in the morning to help comb the hair?

Sprayed on to damp hair. I suppose you could spray it on dry, but it may or may not go greasy. Give it a trial go!
