Great list of essential vitamins for women over 50
Excellent multivitamin with great quality too. Easy to swallow and just one per day which is easier for my body to digest. Good value for money.

Decent Multivitamins
Multivitamins with a decent quality. I live in Sweden, and in Autumn and Winter time need these vitally. Worked well most of the times, but there were some occasions that it wasn't much effective. But, don't blame the supplement! I ordered two packs again :)

All natural supplement
This is an update to a previous review for the naturelo multivitamin for women. Iron free. I have now been taking these for some months and am very pleased with the results. They never upset my stomach and I have definitely felt more energy and my skin has improved. Looks clearer. Good to know these are from natural source. Good product for price.

Vegan and Iron-Free
These multi-vitamins are good. As a vegan with an intolerance to iron tablets, I can take these without any problems. The capsules are easy to swallow and you just need to take one a day. They are expensive but that's the only drawback.

A much more settled thermostat!
I find out in January, whether I'm perimenopausal or not, and have fibromyalgia, which also messes with my thermostat, but wasn't for waiting for results to gain relief. I'm taking these, along with Vitabiotics Menopace Plus, and after only 4 days; my symptoms have reduced significantly. I haven't had a hot flush since the night I started these and I'm falling asleep and sleeping much better than I have in months. I'm also less crabbit, which is great news for everyone. I recommend eating something substantial before taking the tablets - I ended up with indigestion when I didn't. I'm hoping for more improvements as time goes on, but if this is as much relief as I'm going to get then I'll take that. So very much more comfortable in my skin again.
