Pride Ansaam Gold – Fruity, Floral, Sweet, Musky – Eau de Parfum Spray Long-Lasting Fragrance for Unisex, 3.4 Ounce / 100 ml

This perfume is one of my favorites. I’ve purchased it twice. Smells just like oriana from PDM at much less the price point. I sprayed this on at 3 pm and can still smell it now as I write this. Lasts way longer on clothes than it does skin but I’m okay with that because it doesn’t stain clothes either. Cute packaging, love the bottle. Doesn’t leak. As you can see in the picture, I immediately purchased a backup because of how much I love it.

This fragrance smells about 99% similar to Parfums de Marly Oriana by Parfums de Marly. I tested them side by side, and the scent is extremely close. The only difference I noticed is that this one smells a little cleaner in the first few minutes after spraying. After that, it becomes almost identical to Oriana. What surprised me most is the longevity — it actually lasts longer on me than the original. On my skin, the scent lasts about 6–8 hours, and on clothes I could still smell it the next day. The fragrance feels very feminine, floral, youthful, and chic, with an elegant vibe. It doesn’t smell cheap at all. If you like Oriana but want something that performs well and smells almost the same, this is definitely worth trying.

Ansaam Gold has gone viral for a reason!! It is definitely A beautiful parfum, it’s sweet, soft, vibrant, citrusy, fruity, floral, w/ sweet candy notes, marshmallow notes, a little vanilla, and some woody notes just to ground it all. It truly is beautiful! The price point is amazing! The quality of this parfum Is amazing, because it smells very expensive yet it’s not. I attribute that to the Arabic parfum houses! They know how to create beautiful notes for a fragrance, and keep the price slow, without charging brand name prices. ANSAAM Gold is clean, fresh, lightly zingy, And would make a perfect gift for all the women in your life or for those people that like sweet fruity and floral fragrances. It’s definitely worth a blind-buy! One very interesting thing about Lattafa fragrances, Is that you can always bet on getting a very beautiful bottle that holds a very beautiful fragrance, and I will add this particular parfum Comes in a very sturdy box, that also doubles as a display stand. The bottle is red, with gold floral and Boston notes on it with a golden top, the box is the same color with gold details and a backdrop for your displayed parfum! I really love that about Lattafa parfums!!! If a fragrance has the Lattafa name on it, you can best believe that you will 98% the time buy a fragrance that you will definitely love!!! I have like 20 of them, and I have not been disappointed yet!

It didn't smell how I thought it would. I was initially hit with a slightly orange leaning lemon pledge cleaning product smell upon first spray, but stay with me.. Within a few minutes it became soft and airy like fresh laundry or dryer sheets with a slight grape soda hint. Deliciously powdery and clean. This is NOT a safe blind buy. I cannot say if it smells like either of the dupes I heard about, but I do like it a lot. It smells very expensive. It's not a 'clean girl' scent, but rather a 'Clean grown woman' scent.

Smells exactly like Dossier's "Floral Marshmellow" which is inspired by Killian's "Love, Don't Be Shy" so if you love both of those you love this. It's a very soft Floral scent with a aromatic softness. The perfume design is gorgeous. By itself I say it last a good 3-4 hr before reapplivation. Would pair well with a soft gourmand or floral oil to help layer. It also lingers in a room after you spray, so pple will take notice.

Update: 12/12/25: this has macerated since i purchased it. It smells SO different from the first time I smelled this, i would no longer consider this a red door replica. The fragrance has mellowed out. Its become a fragrance worthy of purchase. Still not my cup of tea, still very Rosy but I can now see how this is a French perfumery inspired fragrance. I could visualize catching a scent of this in the wind on a street in Paris. Marshmallow over fresh floral would be consistent. Not creamy, not musky, not woody, but marshmallow-powdery-sweetness over florals(particularly rose). 3/5 stars for a stunning bottle, its gorgeous, and the morphing of the fragrance. It smells classy without being in your face yet there is good sillage and decent projection with minimal sprays. I cannot do any higher because this fragrance started to gag me after 2 sprays. At spray 3 the other notes started to be drowned out by the rose again and its been a couple weeks. Original review: Mad I have to rate it ANY stars. It smells like my grandma's rose perfume from the 90's. Just terrible. Now I can't get the smell out of my nose. There's no maturing that could help drown this Rose. This is an EXACT replica of a perfume called Red Door by Elizabeth Arden. Im not sure what those other perfumes are that there are claims that this smells like but, stop by Macy's and smell red Door (if they still carry it) and you will know what this smells like.

Absolutely in love with this scent. It’s fresh and powdery, strong and wearable both for a date and for work. It lasts quite a while too, probably 6 hrs? Maybe more. It’s a pretty big bottle, specially for the price. In my opinion it’s a better take on Love Don’t Be Shy by Killian. It’s a very close dupe with a twist.

If you want a sweet scent, this might work. If you are looking for a "bakery sweet" scent, be careful. This is going to need some time in perfume jail to get there. This is described here as being "floral" & it has some floral notes (I get the rose note), but that's way underneath the candy-sweet scent. As usual with every Lattafa I have so far, this needs time to ripen. Brand new, the candy notes just screeches at you over everything else. It gave me cherry cough medicine vibes & I hated it. It came across like a perfume for kiddies. However, after the first few days, it is already starting to come together. It's still candy-sweet (think of those syrupy gummies that stick to your teeth), but some of the citrus and raspberry start to come through. On the dry down, I get some of the calming and grown-up powder. Knowing Lattafa as I do, I'm going to continue letting this get its act together and try it again in about 2 weeks. I expect the magic that always happens. Already, the vanilla comes out a bit on the dry down. By the way, the bottle is nice enough as is the box. Neither are as dramatic as some other Lattafa designs. The gold stands out nicely against the red. The top looks like what Poirot or some other fancy gentleman would have on his walking stick. There is a booklet included that shows other fragrances in the collection & listing notes and accords.
