Excellent tool for my CELTA Course. I am finding it easy to read and concise. I've had a brief look at some of the other editions. For my level, this edition is suitable for me.

A good guide on how to teach ESOL
This could be used as teachers manual when teaching English as a second language, but it needs a little support as some suggestions and ideas are limited and there are alternatives that may work better for you. definitely a good foundation though.

A must for anybody wanting to teach internationally. Plenty of examples for activities included. Very easy to read and understand. J.Harmer has covered every aspect of teaching not just from a professional pov but also what the teacher needs to do as an individual. Every possible situation has been illustrated with a solution. Extensive coverage of planning and preparation. Task files for each lesson very useful. Glossary included. Standard Pearson layout. Its still Wayyyy to expensive!!!.
