A godsend for old bones!
I use this daily to rub into my aches and pains. It smells divine and best rubbed in after a hot bath for best results. Highly recommended and wouldnโt be without! The balm is better than the liquid, it is more concentrated, but they were out of stock so I had to purchase the liquid.

So good for aches and pains
First I must acknowledge that this is listed as a massage balm - I do just use it on the skin as and when needed for fibromyalgia pain. I use it in combo with the Weleda Arnica bath soak and it just makes me a lot more comfortable. A Weleda rep I spoke to said that this and the bath soak are very high in arnica and shouldnโt be used during pregnancy however. Makes sense as to why itโs so effective. Have also referred friends onto this and they say itโs made a big difference to them too. Just nice to massage onto your body before bed for a restful nights sleep!

Effective Healing Aid
My mother, a nurse with over 40 years of experience, absolutely swears by arnica for its ability to promote speedy healing, and this Weleda Arnica Massage Balm certainly lives up to that reputation. It's a truly effective product for soothing and aiding recovery. The balm itself is oily, but don't let that deter you as it absorbs surprisingly quickly into the skin, so you're not left feeling greasy for long. While the scent might not be for everyone (it has a distinct herbal, almost medicinal aroma typical of arnica products), it's important to remember that with a product like this, it's not about the scent; it's about its effectiveness. And effective it is! With regular use, I've found it genuinely helps with bruising, muscle soreness, and general aches. It provides a comforting warmth and seems to accelerate the body's natural healing process, just as my mother has always championed arnica for. If you're looking for a natural, potent balm to aid recovery from bumps, bruises, or muscle fatigue, and you prioritize genuine therapeutic benefit over fragrance, the Weleda Arnica Massage Balm is an excellent choice. It's a staple in our household for a reason.

Highly recommended by this long time user
I've been using this Weleda product for many years after it was recommended to me by a friend, who in turn had been recommended it by a physiotherapist following a sports injury. Although it can leave my skin feeling a little oily I find that applying this in the evening after a shower or bath really helps to ease all sorts of aches and pains. I have found it particularly helpful on my back, neck and shoulders but have also used it on my legs and even on my hands after a day of particularly heavy work in the garden. If I've used the Arnica oil and don't wake up the next day feeling better then I know that I have a really bad injury. The bottles are given an expiry date by the manufacturer but I often find that because so little is needed each time it is used there's usually still some left by the time that date comes around. However, I have continued to use it beyond that date with no discernible difference in either the oil or the effect that it has for me.

Great for warm massage, not so much for pain
Love this for a warming massage. Bought it as have had some muscular pain in legs and knee and hip joint issues. It did feel nice rubbing in but wouldn't say it brought more than momentary relief of pain to be honest and my pain is more low level anyway so i wouldn't buy this hoping for miracles. Smells lovely, feels more like oil than balm so that was interesting, but it feels nice for a massage.

Definitely brought relief
Sceptical but this product definitely brought relief. I rarely review an item but I keep this in the bathroom and apply a 5 pence piece worth 2-3 times per day to my knees and I can feel it kick in within 5/10 mins of a good massage in around my knee joints taking particular attention to the areas of soreness.

A great product!
Bought this for massage of a very painful plantar fasciitis. It wouldnโt cure it of course but massively helped the healing process.
