This Keurig is an attractive space saver. It is sleek and fits into small spaces. I purchased the white to match an electric tea kettle (Hazel Quinn) I also found on Amazon. The two make a great and attractive coffee/tea station. The coffee isn’t as hot as the older Keurig but easy to heat in a microwave. The water reservoir holds quite a bit of water and is easily refillable. The only criticism I have is this is the second one I have purchased in two years. The other just stopped working. I then bought a refurbished one and it didn’t work at all..lol. Amazon refunded my money and I just bought this one. They have changed so much from the old big and bulky style. If you want a new updated look to your kitchen…get this model.

Heats up instantly unlike past Keurig models that took a little while. Works great and I love that it doesn't take up a lot of room on my counter. I am the only one in my house who drinks coffee so this was the perfect size.

I loved this coffee maker and used it to make one or two cups of coffee a day. Unfortunately, after nine months, it stopped working. It won’t turn on at all. Keurig won’t honor the warranty because they say Amazon is not an authorized dealer.

Works well, looks good, minimizes counter and storage space. The multi-tip water jets that shoot the water into the pod are a concern. Usually, Keuregs have 1 thingy up top that pokes a hole into the top of the pod. This has 4 or 5. That makes it difficult to close (it feels like you're doing it wrong), and it seems to be less compatible with the new Amazon pods that don't have the full plastic casing, as these don't stand up to the puncturing process because they don't get squeezed concurrently between the upper and lower puncturers. We'll see how long this lasts. I do like having no internal reservoir. I bought this for a cottage, so it sits for long periods with no use, and I didn't want water sitting in there. It still brews almost instantly, so having to heat the water doesn't seem to slow it down.

After doing extensive research on mini kuerigs, I finally decided to settle on this model. I've used it for a few weeks now, and it's caused no issues. My coffee is very hot and tastes evenly flavorful with every brew. If you make one cup every day, there is enough water to last about 4-5 days. It's a good size, feels sturdy, and not cheap. Absolutely love the red color and I'm so happy I got this.

Love the color and ease of use. It’s more compact than our older one which I really like.

Purchased Oct 2023. Very cute, great blue color, worked fine. Descaled each 90 days. However, when descaling on March 2, 2024, the Keurig tipped over onto its side. KAPUT. Researched Google, Ask.com, etc. Called Keurig. Was amazingly surprised to get a customer service rep who was a dandy. Afgter troubleshooting failed, he said would send me an email in which to send certain information and Keurig would honor their warranty. Sounded easy enough, however, when I got the email it required sending pictures of Amazon invoice, delivery info,the machine, etc. Problem: Could take pix with my phone. Don't know how to get pix from my phone to my big computer in order to respond. TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO ACTIVATE MY WARRANTY. SO FAR NOT HAPPY. I SHALL CALL KEURIG AND SEE IF THEY CAN GIVE ME AN ALTERNATIVE!!!

I ordered this coffee maker so I could have the same machine as I do in USA. Unfortunately it is not disclosed anywhere in the listing that this machine has USA plug and voltage. I purchased a grounded adapter and when I plugged it in it blew the machine. This item should not be sold in the UK.

Very convenient to use especially when in a hurry in the morning. I bought this Jan. 2024. Just a month after the 1 yr warranty, my Keurig won't start. I actually have only used this for less than a month since I bought it. I got laid off and had plenty of time so this was put on storage in the basement until life got busy again and I finally remembered I have this. So, I took it out and unfortunately, when I powered it on, it turned on for a couple of seconds but turned back off right away then wouldn't turn on again. The long time in storage has probably affected it or something because it literally looks brand new, very clean and I haven't even removed some of the tapes it came with yet. I called Keurig customer service looking for a way to have it fixed. After some troubleshooting and unit remained unresponsive, the representative offered to put in a request to have my issue reviewed for a possible replacement. After a few days, I heard back from the company via email requesting for proof of purchase which I then submitted. A few days after, a replacement unit was on its way. It was a smooth correspondence, and despite my initial disappointment from the broken unit, the company was quick to respond and they stood by their warranty. I appreciate Keurig's assistance and I'm hoping this time, I can use this longer.

Loved it for about 5 months, then it just quit. Very disappointed. No idea why but am not pleased. I think it’s too late to return for my money. Not sure if I would even like a replacement.

Broken after 6 months, descaling kit doesn't fix it I purchased this Keurig machine on January 1st, and after just six months of use, it has completely stopped working properly. For the past month, the "Descale" light has been stuck on, and the machine only brews weak, watered-down coffee. I bought the official Keurig brand descaling kit (also from Amazon) and followed every single instruction step-by-step. The descale light still will not turn off, and the coffee is still pure water. Having a machine break down like this after only half a year is completely unacceptable. Save your money and look for a different model or brand.

This Slim Keurig server is very quiet and works well. With our old one we had to practically slam the cover down and this one closes so easily. With limited counter space this is the one to purchase.
