Good Store-cupboard Stand-by
I bought these as I'd somehow managed to leave gnocchi off my supermarket delivery and I'd got everything else for the recipe. I usually buy fresh gnocchi from the fridge section and these are the longer life vacuum packed version but they worked excellently for what I needed. The recipe required me to fry these so they went crispy on the outside - when I've tried to do this in the past - or tried to traybake them the results have been disappointing, often resulting in the gnocchi going stodgy or falling apart - generally doing not what the recipe says they should. I now think I've found the solution - the vacuum packed gnocchi hold together much better than the fresh and fried up beautifully, all golden and crispy on the outside. I will definitely be buying these again, I think they are a great store-cupboard standby.

Excellent product
I always by this brand and from this seller, better than any other I have tried, and I prefer to buying this to the chilled version in supermarkets as you can store this dry version so much longer, would absolutely recommend 👍🏼🩷
