If you are already a fan of this man's art, you'll have a lot to appreciate with this collection. It is a book of images that someone commissioned the artist to paint on the ceiling of a closed space. Each panel has something interesting, unique and amazing for the viewer to behold. Keeping this short, it is a must-have for someone who wishes to collect his work. It is also a must-have for those who appreciate or have a natural curiosity to his work.

Poster that should have been within the book, was missing.
I loved the book. But it should have brought a poster with the full artwork of the dome, and it was missing.

Schöne Bilder - wenig Inhalt
Zu Luis Royo muss man sicher nichts mehr sagen. In der Tat ist er ein moderner Michelangelo. Seine Darstellungen sind wahre Augenöffner und in diesem Werk "Dome", wird beschrieben, wie er und sein Sohn eine Kuppel (den besagten "Dome") bemalt haben. Mit tollen, gewagten Motiven. Allerdings kommen diese im Buch nicht richtig zur Geltung. In der Gesamtübersicht sieht man die kompletten Malereien im Miniaturformat. Aber nicht alle werden dann auch in gebührender Größe wiedergegeben.Teilweise sind die Gemälde nur in Auschnitten dargestellt oder/und in den Vorabskizzen. Der ergänzende Text und die Fotos der Künstler bei der Arbeit sind ebenfalls nicht erquickend. Es bleibt ein Buch, das irgendwie den Eindruck macht, nicht vollständig zu sein...aber welches dennoch wunderschöne Bilder parat hat, wie man sie von Royo kennt, liebt und erwartet. Diese Kuppel würde sicher jeder Fan gerne und unbedingt besichtigen wollen - Das Buch kann dem Kunstwerk wohl nicht ganz gerecht werden.

Creative and informative
Hi, The book is very cool, has enough illustrations and text information about the details of how long it took them to paint the whole Dome, it's very interesting to see such an art project still happen these days.
