Cant find the product on mi app, also after following the faq, thw app not finding the purifier. (Region - china mainland), what can i do?

Just switch the region to United States in the app(Mi Home app> profile> settings> region> united states) then it works. No VPN needed. To protect product authenticity, this purifier can't connect to the app if you select the region as ''china mainland''.
