The BEST base and top coat for gel nails
I have been using Gelish top and base coat for years. There has never been an issue with this product. It goes on smoothly, leaves a great base for gel color polish of your choice and a topcoat is fantastic. Now, keep in mind, a little goes a long way with the top coat. It does take a bit of a learning curve if you have not done gel nails before. The top coat is not like a regular nail polish top coat. Gel polish requires a top coat and it is on the thicker side. Brush as much off of the painting brush as possible so it does not get too thick in any one area. I personally purchase this duo pack yearly. I paint my nails about twice per month and it lasts me all year. This is a bargain compared to getting nails professionally done. And, I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go. So, most people don't even know I am not getting my nails done at a salon. This would make a good gift for people who do their own nails.

Great product
We just got the Gelish 18g lamp and got this set to go with it. We found that our nails felt gummy after curing multiple times. What worked was using isopropyl alcohol to wipe off the excess foundation after curing and then wiping them again with alcohol after the entire process is complete.

Very good when freshly purchased
This is a really good base & top coat. It lasts on your nails for at least a week, sometimes 2 if you take care of your nails. The only downside if you may not make it through the whole bottle before it starts to not work as well. Eventually the polish will start lifting quicker & more often. Just need to purchase a new one at that time.

Crap
Product is very thick and could not cure even with a new SUNUV lamp. The product is likely very old. Amazon did refund my $, which I appreciated.
