I never leave reviews, but this has been too helpful to not. This product has truly helped relieve some neck tension that I could not get rid of with endless chiropractor visits, massage therapists, and physical therapists. I don’t have any problem with this device being uncomfortable. I’ve been using twice daily and I truly feel a difference each time I use it.

I love the auto setting on this great device. It applies heat, electro stim and mechanical stretch via the inflating and deflating platform. After 15 minutes only I can honestly say I felt much freer and less stiffness in my neck and shoulders.

I don’t use it often enough but when I do, I wonder why. It’s a great product.

This is crap. A one trick pony. Electric pulse worked only once. I need a Refund!

Most importantly, this device helps alleviate the pain in my neck and upper back (way upper back). It's reasonably comfortable considering what the device is intended to do. The buttons on the remote are a little confusing and don't completely match up with the onscreen display. This isn't a big deal though and you figure it out after one or two uses. My only real complaint is that I'm not always sure I'm positioned correctly on it. I just adjust my position based on feel, and maybe that's all I need to do. Overall I am very satisfied with the product. I have significant compression of my upper vertebrate and this machine helps quite a bit. The heat and massage/electric stimulation is a nice extra. Any issues I have are minor and don't take away from the fact that I get relief.

I've suffered from neck pain for a very long time so I decided to order a handful of neck relief devices. And I have to say that this has been the best! The fact that it raises your cervical spine is worth it at this price alone, but it also heats up well and provides electric stimulation. There's even bonus patches you can connect to put them elsewhere in your body and receive electric pulses while using this device, which was an awesome bonus. Overall build quality is very very good and I've been using it twice a day since I've gotten it. I have a different device where I have to manually pump and inflate a bag under my neck and this device does this all by itself! And it can handle my weight easily. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who needs neck relief. This device, paired up with some neck exercises and maybe a ball to hit pressure points is a great combo for improvement. Try it out!

I liked the quality of the device. I didn’t like the way my neck fit on the device

The concept…terrific. It does what it says it will do. BUT, the plastic form is so uncomfortable, that my PT says I should return it. It’s too bad they couldn’t add pads to it.
