Misleading Return Policy & Hidden Fees—Buyer Beware!
I purchased a Purple mattress from Amazon, trusting their highly-advertised "easy returns" and "100-night trial." BIG mistake! After realizing the mattress wasn’t comfortable, I tried returning it—only to find out that Purple refuses to handle Amazon returns directly. Now I'm stuck paying a return fee out of pocket. Even worse, Purple informed me there's a mandatory 21-day minimum use before you're even eligible to return it—something that's conveniently NOT disclosed anywhere on their Amazon storefront or product page. Sneaky tactics like these aren’t what I expected from a company with such strong claims about customer satisfaction. If you're considering Purple through Amazon, double-check every hidden detail—or better yet, buy somewhere else. Very disappointed and feeling completely misled. 🚫🛌💸 Definitely would NOT recommend.

Very dusty
I just received the mattress and haven’t used it yet. When it arrived on my front porch it looked like it had been in the back of a truck on a gravel road for several hundred miles. It was covered in in thick dust, I'm very unhappy!!!! May teturn it.
