Perfect stiles
Love these clamps. The window is great for being able to drill the hole in the area that the clamp would normally take up, having the guide to drill straight is an added bonus. Other clamps you’d have to drill above or below it. If you’re install cabinets with the door hinges still on some time you’d have to secure it further from the top or bottom then you’d like, but these you can right where you put the clamp. Smooth closing and opening, and the face clamp works great for getting the cabinet faces perfectly lined up as you secure them. Must have for kitchen installers. Some times wish they would make a smaller version for when you are adding on a filler piece, if it’s only a 1/2 or 1 inch pieces the clamp doesn’t close enough for it to work.

Makes cabinet install a lot easier. Worth it
These clamps are my go to as a professional carpenter and I should have purchased them years ago. Previously was just using various other clamps, these were a game changer. I purchased a used set for like 1/2 price and they were legit brand new. I like them so much I would have zero issues paying full price if I lost my current ones. They’re SOLID.

don't install cabinets without these
I lost my mind and decided I could install my new kitches cabinets myself. 23, count 'em, 23 total. I made some mistakes, but overall I am pleased and they look good, and I am pretty sure they won't fall off the walls. Not anytime soon. The pros say the best way is to level, plumb and attach wall cabinets to each other, then lift and hang them as a single unit. This works well if you have skilled helpers or an electric cabinet lift. I had neither, so I hung them one at a time with one helper, a set of Pony clamps, and a T-Jak. First I screwed a ledger to the wall, then lifted one cabinet at a time onto the ledger, then held it in place with a T-Jak. The T-Jak is invaluable for leveling them in place, and holding them securely while you shim and fuss and get everything lined up. Then I clamped the face frames together with the Pony clamps and got them all perfect. Then drove in the screws to attach the cabinets to the wall studs, and then last of all drive in the face frame screws. I took off one star because the Pony clamps have drill guides for your face frame pilot holes, but they're a bit sloppy so you still have to drill carefully to get the right angle. Another thing to be careful of-- they come with felt pads so they don't scar your face frames, but they are heavy and the outer edges will ding your shelves or whatever surface you put them on if you dump them carelessly. Always hang wall cabinets first, before the base cabinets. I've seen howtos that show hanging the wall cabinets after the base cabinets are in place, and they are deceiving because they don't show how this makes it a hundred times harder. Unless you are seven feet tall with four super-strong ape arms. Since hiring a pro to install my cabinets would have cost about $2000 it was well worth buying the Pony Clamps and T-Jak. Then I sold them for 75% of what I paid for them. Even if I hadn't sold them they paid for themselves many times over.

BUY THIS TOOL... even if you don't need it
The PONY CLAMP for kitchen cabinets is one of those tools that I would buy EVEN IF I HAD NO NEED FOR THEM. They are just so well built, and cool. Based on a design that a Norwegian (I believe) designed many years ago, makes the PERFECT ALIGNMENT of kitchen cabinets a snap. Draws the cabinets together, aligns them, and provides a 'tap hole' for the screws. Purchasing TWO clamps, and using TWO in tandem makes the cabinet process go very fast. That's a plus when, as an installer, a pro or DIYer, you are working alone. This is one of those tools that will get stolen from your toolbox!!!!

Updated version of the originals.
I've had a set of 4 of the originals for more than 20 years. Had a big cabinet job and decided to buy another set of 4. They work as well as the originals, but have some differences. The new clamps have "t" handles , where the originals have a straight handle. The "T" handles are a little easier to use in some situations and are a little more compact .But I believe the screw tolerances are looser on the new models, hasn't been an issue up to this point. At this point I am very satisfied with the new clamps and will use them extensively. These are pretty much a must have if you are installing cabinets.

Worth every penny
These are worth every penny. Makes clamping cabinet faces together so easy. I was able to clamp a 3” spacer to a cabinet face as well. Best Pony’s I’ve ever bought.

Great tool for joining cabinets, allows you to pull the sides together, align the face, drill a pilot hole, and drive in a screw without having to adjust anything. Got them on sale price but worth it not matter what the price if you have cabinets to install.
