Very tasty pasta
I'm glad that Amazon had this pasta. It was an item I'd found while on vacation in Chicago. The quality is exceptional and it has a delicious garlic flavor. It is a perfect complement to any meal.

Great pasta
So I heard about Morelli Pasta on an episode of the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast. He explained the differences in wheat from the old country, to the wheat in the U.S. and how Morelli pasta, doesn't leave you feeling extremely full, and cause you to have an energy crash, so I decided to try it. It was true, I ate a very healthy portion, and after didn't feel ridiculously full, it was really tasty, give it a try, I will not be buying any other pastas.

I like to sauté onions, garlic , mushrooms,bell peppers and tomatoes in olive oil then I pour some white wine in simmer with lid . I do add crushed red peppers and salt a wonder cheese blend. Serve over this pasta.

Yes...pricey. but delicious and easy to cook to Al dente. a special treat for those who only can allow themselves pasta upon occasion

The best pasta!!
This pasta was incredibly delicious and filling. Served to a group of 12 and each and every person loved it! It arrived perfectly packaged with not a strand broken. This is my favorite pasta ever!
